All about Animal Flow

What is it about ?

If you’re looking for a challenging and exciting new way to improve your strength, mobility, stability, power, endurance, and skills, then Animal Flow is the perfect choice for you. While animal movement has been in the fitness world for a long time, its modern form and name (Animal Flow) originate in America.

Scientific research shows that introducing quadruped movement, by having both feet and hands on the ground will improve our whole body stabilization. Traveling forms of animals will increase our core muscles’ strength and mobility of the whole body by moving on different planes of motion.

How Animal Flow works

The six components of Animal Flow:

  1. Wrist stabilization: warming up and preparing the wrists.
  2. Activations: warm up the body and activate the core.
  3. Form specific stretches: to mobilize the body.
  4. Switches and transitions: the dynamic part of animal flow.
  5. Traveling forms: usually forms of animals movement.
  6. Flows:  where the fun begins mixing components together by using our creativity  and flow to the movement
