Welcome to our fitness coaching service! Before starting any session, it is important that you understand and agree to our general terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe and effective fitness program for you, as well as to protect both you and our coaches. Please take a moment to review the terms carefully, and do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that we do not guarantee any specific results from our coaching services<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The results achieved will depend on various factors, including your commitment, effort, and adherence to the exercise program. We look forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Booking<\/strong>: All session bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Cancellation<\/strong>: Any session cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. If the cancellation is not made within the specified time frame, the session will not be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Lateness<\/strong>: If the client arrives late for a session, the session time will be reduced accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Health<\/strong>: The client must inform us of any medical condition or health issue that may affect their ability to follow a fitness program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Liability<\/strong>: We are not liable for any injury or damage caused during sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Payment<\/strong>: Payment for sessions must be made before the start of each session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Exercise program<\/strong>: We reserve the right to modify the exercise program based on the client’s needs and goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Confidentiality<\/strong>: All personal information provided by the client will be treated confidentially.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Commitment<\/strong>: The client is committed to following the exercise program proposed by us regularly and seriously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Termination<\/strong>: We reserve the right to terminate the contract with the client if they do not comply with the general terms and conditions or if we deem that the client’s health or safety is at risk.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
