    In our first session together, we’ll get to know each other and discuss your goals and needs. We’ll also take some measurements and do a postural and movement assessment to see where you’re starting from.

    We’ll begin with basic movements such as pelvic tilts, shoulder packing/protraction, and chin tucking. These exercises will help us stand more correctly and increase our awareness of how the body moves and functions.

    But don’t worry, we’ll keep things fun and light-hearted!
